Okay I’ve been through this before. but it’s been a while since I’ve had a cystic type zit. I was trying to squeeze out a white head and must have aggravated my skin. I now have a deep red zit with a small whit head.
It’s 3 days old and is still tender - it still feels like it is deep down.

I’m afraid it’s going to be one of those zits that seem to last forever or i pop it - and there still is pus underneath - and it never seems to clear up.

I’ve been drinking green tea, taking vitamins, and taking aspirin. Also, I’ve been applying a warm compress.

Is there anything else I can do?
