Set screenlets to stay under desktop icons

26th November , 2008I’d like to do something like the attached screenshot: a big clock screenlet on the desktop backround.
I know, there are wallpaper clocks, but they simply change the background image.
But I need to be able to access the icons covered by the screenlets. So I ask, is there some setting that enables the screenlets to stay under the icons, so that if I right-click on the icon I get that file menu and not the screenlet menu?
I think that this could be a nice feature, if not yet present.
