Thurs. am I got a call from my neurosurgeon’s office to go immediately to the er. Long story. In the interim, I contacted DS that I would not be available for the requested rewrite or to complete the other assignments I had selected.

Am home now (at least temporarily until they decide to do surgery), and have received emails from DS about assignments about to expire, expired, etc., just like they never got my info. I sent them another msg. and still no response.

I feel that they are just completely automated and don’t really care about their writers (even though they’re going to offer health care, which is awesome!).

I have received personal replies from other companies I work for.

OK, rant over. DS is a neat company, and I do enjoy writing for them, once I got over the interesting titles and how I could make them work for me.
