Projecting true Colours
How do I know which colours will be accurately and luminously projected by my projector without just doing some tests of trial and error?
A while back I made a bunch of signature loops which had 3D objects rendered with a golden metallic surface. They look dope on my LCD screen, but are no-where near as vibrant when projected. Obviously what I should have done is test the loops before I made 40 of them (D’oh!)… I was trying to avoid the classic, yet over-done Red-White-Black combo, and the neon blues and greens that work well against black didnt suit the content.
However it would be nice to know which colours really pop when projected preferably hexadecimal values of these colours…
I feel like i’m missing some key, basic theory here. Any pointers?
